Cover Photo: Field photograph overview of the carbonate hot spring travertine depositing systems at Angel Terrace, Mammoth Hot Springs, Yellowstone National Park. Spring waters emerge at 73°C and cool and degas along the drainage system, precipitating a consistent sequence of travertine depositional facies. The travertine terrace in the center of the photograph is approximately 1 m in height. See Fouke et al., February issue.
